JOYTEL上網卡 - 開通說明

此商品為【需開卡商品】，訂購時請於購物車第二步【其他】欄位提供【卡片使用的當地日期】，待訂單付款完成後，我們將依照提供的日期安排開通。
開通作業為3天，無法臨時開通或變動，若開通日期須變動，請比「原先提供的卡片使用日期」至少3天前告知，否則將無法重新安排開通日期。
系統開通時間為【越南時間10:00am】，若遇原廠系統維護、當地基地台損壞等不可抗力因素，可能導致開卡延遲。
需開卡商品為客製商品，恕不適用鑑賞期規範，請有明確旅遊日期再進行購買。

JOYTEL上網卡 - 產品規格

流量限制：每日2G/4GB，超過降速至64kpbs，隔日重置。
熱點分享：僅支援一個裝置，且因機型關係無法保證所有裝置皆可分享。
電信公司：Viettel
上網速度：4G+3G
通話/簡訊功能：不支援
卡片規格：Nano、Micro、標準卡（可拆分式自行選用）
使用天數：以開卡日期開始計算，過越南時間23:59即計算成一天。
訊號涵蓋範圍：越南全區（訊號會隨地點、地形、建築物遮蔽、使用人數及天候等因素影響上網品質）。
裝置：建議使用近3年內出廠之手機，避免因頻段問題無法上網。合約機、訂製機、SHARP、HTC U11 以及特定品牌/機型因支援頻段相對較少無法使用，建議購買前請參考常見問題Q&A內的手機型號適用及建議。
雙卡機：建議將sim卡放入卡槽1且清空卡槽2，避免卡片互相干擾導致無法上網或是訊號不佳。
